I’m a Creative Director and Design Manager with 15+ years of experience in digital product design. I lead design teams, shape design strategies, and manage end-to-end design processes, from defining the vision to delivering the final product.

I work AI-first, exploring how AI can improve design workflows and create better digital products and experiences. I stay close to the craft and get hands-on when needed, working directly on UX, UI, interaction design, prototyping, and visual direction.

Alongside leading the design team and managing the “kitchen,” I care about growing people and building strong design practices. I mentor designers, support onboarding, and create an environment where teams can do their best work while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
